Brooke Avenue Public School draws together a unique community whose prime focus is providing quality education for its children.
Established in 1985, the new school buildings were completed in 1990. Grounds are extensive, attractive and well utilised. A huge covered outdoor learning area is a major feature, providing all weather protection and a venue which can accommodate large numbers of people. A sign proudly displaying the school logo is used to publicise school activities and promote the efforts and achievements of the whole school community. The mission of the school is to provide its students with an education that is meaningful and relevant in a safe, supportive environment. Key Learning Areas provide the framework for learning. Students, staff and community enjoy positive, collaborative relationships where shared decision making is encouraged and practised.
